About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-quality Hochbau (building construction) projects in Berlin. These projects span across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, and involve complex stakeholder management and technical oversight.
As a Project Manager, you will take responsibility from planning through to handover, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and commercial success.
Your Responsibilities
End-to-end project management of high-rise and mid-rise Hochbau developments
Coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
Budget and cost control, including reporting and forecasting
Management of project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
Oversight of construction quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Leadership of internal and external project teams
Risk management, claims handling, and issue resolution
Chairing project meetings and managing communication with stakeholders
Your Profile
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
Several years of experience in project management of Hochbau projects
Solid technical understanding of structural and architectural elements
Strong communication and leadership skills
Sound knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and German construction standards
Fluent German language skills (C1+), English is a bonus
Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
